Santa Fe 474-5696 Toll Free 888-775-5696 Sandia Shuttle’s primary pick-up and drop-off location is located at the Northeast corner of Water and Sandoval Streets (See the Downtown pick up location map). This is the location at which folks who don’t have a reservation to be picked up can purchase a seat directly from the driver, if space is available. We also serve all Santa Fe hotels and places of lodging. At the request of the local hotels, you must be a registered guest of a hotel to use that hotel as your pick-up or drop-off location. One hotel, La Fonda, is the exception to this rule. La Fonda invites non-guests to use their hotel as your pick-up or drop-off location. Please remember that reservations must be made in advance for pick-up at at any hotel, Santa Fe residents and visitors who don’t want to use the Water and Sandoval location and who are not staying in listed hotels or other lodgings have the following choices for your pick-up or drop-off locations. But please remember that reservations must be made in advance for pick-up at these locations: Our South Side pickup location at the Fashion Outlets of Santa Fe, which is located in front of the entrance at the south side of the mall (See the South Side pick up location map). The RailRunner’s Railyard Depot. The RailRunner’s South Capitol Depot. The new Santa Fe Convention Center. The Thornburg Campus located at 2300 N Ridge Top Road. And don’t forget to let your driver know if you will need a taxicab when you arrive in Santa Fe. Your driver can call ahead and have a taxi waiting for you.
